If you subscribed through CCBill, you can cancel your recurring subscription using the cancellation/unsubscribe option in your CCBill purchase confirmation email.

If you purchased a prepaid subscription through G2A or Crypto, no cancellation is required. Prepaid subscriptions do not automatically renew and will expire at the end of the purchased subscription period.

If you run out of Gems, you can purchase additional Gem Packs at any time from our Credits page.

• CCBill subscribers: Your monthly Gems are credited according to your recurring subscription schedule.

• Prepaid subscribers (G2A or Crypto): Your Gems are credited according to your prepaid subscription's scheduled payout. If you purchase another prepaid subscription while one is already active, the additional subscription and its Gem payouts will be queued based on your current subscription period.

You can also continue claiming any Daily Bonus Gems available to your account.

We offer additional subscription tiers that can be purchased through G2A or Crypto, including:

• Tier 1 Membership – $59.99 / month: 470,000 Monthly Gems

• Tier 2 Membership – $119.99 / month: 1,050,000 Monthly Gems

No. Prepaid subscriptions purchased through G2A or Crypto do not automatically renew.

Once your prepaid subscription expires, you'll need to purchase and redeem a new prepaid subscription if you want to continue your access.

If you already have an active prepaid subscription and purchase or redeem another one through G2A or Crypto, the additional subscription is added to your existing subscription schedule. This means you may not receive another Gem payout immediately.

Your Gems will continue to be awarded according to your scheduled prepaid subscription payout dates.

You can view your current subscription period and upcoming Gem payouts under My Subscription → Subscription Schedule.

If you've been charged but haven't received your subscription or Gems, please check the following:

• Make sure you're logged into the same account used for the purchase.

• Confirm that your payment was successfully completed and is not still pending.

• If you purchased through G2A, make sure you have redeemed your code.

• If you purchased another prepaid subscription while one is already active, check My Subscription → Subscription Schedule. Your next subscription period and Gem payouts may already be scheduled there.

• If you purchased a Specialty Pass, please note that Sapphires (Blue Gems) cannot be used on CreatePorn.com.

If you've checked the above and still haven't received your purchase, please contact Support with your payment receipt, account email, and payment provider.

Sapphires (Blue Gems) are provided with Specialty Passes and can be used across supported specialty websites, but they cannot be used on CreatePorn.com.
